Your team will be challenged to plan, lead and execute their very own Fusion Initiative. High level planning and communications skills will be tested, and boundaries pushed in order to maximise skills and potential.

Your team will be required to lead your Fusion Initiative – allocate key roles and resources and communicate your plan. A dedicated Fusion project manager will support you from concept to conclusion. All tools and materials will be provided.

After Action Review (AAR): Fusion facilitates group discussions, and explores lessons learnt and how to transfer these back into the workplace, in order to improve your team dynamic.
